- Right of Withdrawal: Returns, and Refunds All returns are free of charge. The maximum return period is 20 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, products must be in the same condition as received: unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. To proceed with a return and receive a refund, please contact customer service for further instructions. If the package does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender, and no refund will be issued. Please note that due to their nature, personalized products and fragrances cannot be returned. The customer expressly agrees that, for customized accessory purchases, the right of withdrawal is excluded under Article 59, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005. Personalized products include items engraved upon customer request. The return is free, except when the customer delivers the package intact and returns it via the assigned shipping method at any Bartolini branch according to the provided instructions. Your return will be insured against theft or loss during transport. Returns can only be shipped from the country where the order was placed. The refund will be processed automatically upon receipt and acceptance of the returned item. Refund processing times vary depending on the payment method: PayPal: The refund will appear in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. Credit Card: Our bank will process the refund within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time required to see the refund in your account depends on your card issuer.
